Ramadan Prayer Guide
![]() |
We are in the last full week of Ramadan. It will come to an end somewhere between the 8th and 10th of September depending on the sighting of the moon. Ramadan will end with a two-day celebration called “Eid Al-Fitr.” “Eid” is the Arabic word for “festivity” and “Al-Fitr” carries the idea of “to purify.” Thus, “Eid Al-Fitr” is the Festival of Purification.
Please pray with us that people
of this religious persuasion around the world will come to the knowledge that
only the blood of Jesus can purify them from their sins.

With an estimated 1,600 dead, 20 million affected, four million left homeless and the infrastructure of the region literally washed away in the monsoon flood-ravaged regions of Pakistan, the Assemblies of God is working with partners in Pakistan to save the lives of those in some of the hardest hit areas of the country.
According to Omar Beiler, AG
World Missions regional director for Eurasia, the need in Pakistan is
overwhelming as the country is experiencing the worst flooding in its history.
